Day porter

At SYE Services Inc., we are responsible for making sure a company facility looks immaculate and presentable to the public day-to-day. We help uphold the image of a facility by performing basic maintenance tasks including waste disposal, front lobby support and restroom refills. We will work with management to create an effective cleaning schedule, which will include your day-to-day routines and work timetable to accomplish the required duties. Day Porter Doing the basic work to keep a good look 

SYE Services works to make your building looking professional and clean between your usual scheduled cleaning services. Minor things arise daily that can affect the first impression you make on customers and visitors. As a company our goal is maintaining a high level of appearance in your building. That is why a day porter can be an precious help to the busy facility. This member will perform routine cleaning tasks, but it also supports the image of your facility and safeguard that customers, employees and tenants are satisfied.

We clean:

• Clean all common room areas including the kitchen, cafeteria, lobby and break room.
• Remove litter and rubbish from main common areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Cleaning, dusting, and wiping property furniture.
• Sweeping, mopping or vacuuming floors by job scope parameters.
• Windows Cleaning.
• Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises.
• When applicable, place safety hazard signs in the building including wet paint and wet floor warning signs.
• Help order supplies required for facility maintenance.
• Prepare conference rooms before and after important meetings.
